Before you begin

Who is Factuurland for?

Freelancers and small service businesses in the Netherlands that want to organise invoices, expenses and payments.

Can I try it without an account?

Yes. The demo uses fictional records in your browser. No payment is requested and your changes do not go to the production application.

Can I use my own logo?

Yes. Add your company logo in settings. Without a logo, the invoice displays your company name.

Does Factuurland file my taxes?

No. You choose and check the VAT treatment; Factuurland calculates the amounts. Special or international situations may need extra review by your accountant.

Can I take my records with me?

Yes. Export records as CSV. You can also import customers, services and historical invoice summaries, with up to 200 records per import. Keep original historical invoice PDFs.

Does it send invoices automatically?

The first version lets you print invoices or save them as PDF and share them yourself. Automatic email delivery and payment reminders are not advertised as available features here.
